After 15 years of honorable service I was discharged from the Air Force and I had no idea what to do. I felt alone and floating in a large ocean but was just treading water and getting nowhere. Then, my neighbor suggested I contact Alex and XCaliber Coaching. It was the smartest and best thing I've done since my post military career. We had 3-4 telephone conversations and worked on my storyboard, my resumes, and cover letters.

I became very depressed and scared to continue down this path and had to do some serious soul searching and self care. Alex understood the whole time. She knew I was going through a lot and gave me the time and space needed to continue. Her process is usually a 30 day process and in my case she made an exception, and gave me a whole lot more time than that.

A little over a year later, I'm now in the middle of on boarding to my dream job. I know it's my dream job and I know I deserve it and I am prepared for it. They asked me in the hiring process if I'd been coached and taught how to interview? I told them I had been and they said an odd thing, they had a feeling I had been but it wasn't the standard style of coaching they had seen before. Alex had given me the tools to interview but they weren't her tools. They were tools made from me and my experiences, she had helped me to make them. I was allowed to be me and that has shown out since my first interview over 9 months ago to now. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough, my words will fail me. I will say this, Alex is one of the kindest spirits and souls I've ever met. She will work her butt off to help you out. She is talented beyond words in her profession.
